Why we built RozgariX

In small towns, hiring a helper for a shop, clinic, or hotel still means placing a newspaper classified — ₹500 to ₹1,500 for an ad that's forgotten by the next day — or waiting weeks for someone to be referred by word of mouth. The big hiring apps never really reached these towns, and it's not a build-quality problem: they're built for city-scale matching with resumes and profiles, when what a shop owner in a tehsil town actually needs is simpler — let the people already living nearby know a job is open.

RozgariX strips hiring down to that one problem. A business owner records a short video describing the role, and it's shown only to people within their town. No resumes, no worker profiles, no matching algorithm — trust and skill get sorted out the way they always have, in person, over a phone call or a walk-in visit. The app's only job is making sure the right people hear about the opening in the first place.

RozgariX also has a Services side — local plumbers, electricians, tailors, and other service providers register once and stay discoverable to anyone nearby who needs them, no in-app booking required.

We're starting in Ahmedpur, in Latur district, Maharashtra — one town, done properly, before anywhere else.
